e. Engage in Fraudulent or Misleading Practices

• Impersonate individuals, entities, or SHOPPi9.
• Create false or misleading advertisements or promotions.

f. Misuse SHOPPi9 Services

• Use SHOPPi9 to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications.
• Overburden or disrupt SHOPPi9’s infrastructure, servers, or networks.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or test vulnerabilities of the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

a. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring they are not shared with unauthorized users.
• Immediately notify SHOPPi9 of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account.

b. Content Ownership and Compliance

• You must own or have the right to use any content uploaded to SHOPPi9.
• Ensure your content complies with this AUP and applicable laws.

c. Reporting Violations

• Report any suspected violations of this AUP to SHOPPi9 by contacting support@shoppi9.com.

4. Enforcement and Penalties

a. Investigations

SHOPPi9 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. During an investigation, SHOPPi9 may:

• Suspend or restrict access to your account.
• Remove content that violates this policy.

b. Termination of Service

SHOPPi9 reserves the right to terminate accounts or services for violations of this policy without prior notice.

c. Legal Action

In cases of severe violations, SHOPPi9 may cooperate with law enforcement or pursue legal remedies to protect the platform and its users.

5. Changes to This Policy
