This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for the products and services provided by SHOPPi9, a unit of 9VN Communication Pvt. Ltd. By using our platform, you agree to this Payment Policy.


1. Payment Methods

SHOPPi9 accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Online payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, or other integrated options)
  • Bank transfers (where applicable)

All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption methods. SHOPPi9 does not store sensitive payment information, such as credit card numbers.


2. Payment Terms

a. Subion Plans

  • Payments for subion-based services must be made in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annually).
  • Subions will automatically renew unless canceled by the user before the renewal date.

b. One-Time Purchases

  • Payments for one-time purchases, such as additional features or customizations, must be made in full before the service is rendered.

c. Taxes and Fees

  • Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees, including VAT, GST, or local levies, unless explicitly stated as included in the price.

3. Refunds and Chargebacks

a. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Eligible refund requests will be processed after thorough review.

b. Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated without valid cause may result in account suspension or termination. If you encounter an issue, we encourage you to contact our support team at support@shoppi9.com before initiating a chargeback.


4. Late or Failed Payments

a. Subion Services

  • If a payment is not successfully processed, SHOPPi9 will notify you and provide a grace period of 7 days to resolve the issue.
  • Failure to complete payment within the grace period may result in suspension or termination of services.

b. One-Time Services

  • Services will not be rendered until the full payment is received.

5. Pricing Changes

SHOPPi9 reserves the right to update pricing for products and services at any time. Users will be notified of price changes for subion services at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.


6. Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing or a discrepancy in charges, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction at support@shoppi9.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


7. Payment Security

SHOPPi9 partners with trusted third-party payment processors to ensure your transactions are secure. While we take all necessary precautions, users are advised to safeguard their payment details and report any suspicious activity immediately.
