Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SHOPPi9, a unit of 9VN Communication Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide the best possible services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund or cancel a subion. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for such requests.


1. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • If the purchased service or product is not delivered as promised.
  • If there are technical issues or errors caused by SHOPPi9 that prevent you from using the service as intended.
  • If a cancellation request is made within the eligible time frame (see Cancellation Policy below).

b. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Setup fees or one-time charges for services already rendered.
  • Subion payments for completed billing cycles.
  • Customization or development fees for additional features requested by the user.

c. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@shoppi9.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include the relevant order or subion details.
  • All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Subion Cancellation

  • Users can cancel their subions at any time by contacting support@shoppi9.com or through their account settings.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the billing period concludes.

b. Cancellation by SHOPPi9

SHOPPi9 reserves the right to cancel subions or services in cases where:

  • Users violate our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Payments are overdue or fail to process after multiple attempts.

c. No Partial Refunds

SHOPPi9 does not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subion once the billing cycle has commenced.


3. Exceptions and Special Cases

Refunds or cancellations requested outside of the above conditions may be considered at SHOPPi9's sole discretion. For assistance, please contact support@shoppi9.com.


4. Changes to this Policy

SHOPPi9 reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and the updated policy will include a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of SHOPPi9 services indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
