• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SHOPPi9’s services for legitimate purposes.
• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the SHOPPi9 platform without prior written consent.

b. User Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, such as product images, deions, and other materials. By uploading content, you grant SHOPPi9 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content as necessary to provide the services.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of SHOPPi9 or third parties, including:

• Uploading or sharing content that you do not own or have permission to use.
• Using SHOPPi9’s trademarks, logos, or branding without written consent.
• Selling or redistributing SHOPPi9’s platform features or software without authorization.

3. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by a user or content on the SHOPPi9 platform, you can submit a complaint by emailing support@shoppi9.com with the following information:

1. A deion of the intellectual property you claim has been infringed.
2. The location (URL) of the infringing content on the SHOPPi9 platform.
3. Proof of ownership or authorization to represent the owner of the intellectual property.
4. Your contact information, including name, email address, and phone number.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the content is not authorized for use.
6. A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

SHOPPi9 will review all complaints promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content or suspending the user account.

4. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that content you uploaded has been wrongfully removed due to a mistaken or invalid intellectual property complaint, you may file a counter-notification by contacting support@shoppi9.com. Include:

1. The URL of the content removed.
2. A statement explaining why you believe the removal was in error.
3. Your contact details for follow-up communication.

SHOPPi9 will review your counter-notification and may restore the content if the original complaint is found to be invalid.

5. Trademarks

The SHOPPi9 name, logo, and all related names and designs are trademarks of 9VN Communication Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination of Repeat Infringers

SHOPPi9 reserves the right to terminate user accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

7. Disclaimer

SHOPPi9 acts as a platform provider and is not responsible for monitoring or policing user content for intellectual property violations. However, we will respond promptly to valid complaints and take necessary actions.

8. Changes to this Policy

SHOPPi9 reserves the right to update this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting, with the "Effective Date" indicating the latest revision.
